Halo Infinite and CS2 values cross-checked against independent sources on 20 October 2026. Halo Infinite is community-measured.
How do I convert Halo Infinite sensitivity to CS2?
To convert Halo Infinite sensitivity to CS2, multiply it by 1.0101. Halo Infinite turns 0.022222° per mouse count and CS2 turns 0.022°, so Halo Infinite 2 becomes CS2 2.02. Keep the same DPI and both settings take 25.7 cm of mouse movement for a full turn.
- Find your Halo Infinite sensitivity in the look sensitivity options in the Keyboard / Mouse settings (set horizontal and vertical to the same value).
- Multiply it by 1.0101, or type it into the converter above with your DPI.
- In Counter-Strike 2, open Settings → Keyboard / Mouse → Mouse Sensitivity (or type sensitivity in the console) and enter the result.
- Keep the same mouse DPI, or enter your new DPI in the converter.
Going the other way, a typical CS2 setting of 1.2 is Halo Infinite 1.19, or 43.3 cm per 360° at 800 DPI.

Why Halo Infinite and CS2 numbers differ
Halo Infinite runs on Slipspace and Counter-Strike 2 on Source 2. CS2 numbers are 1.01× larger than Halo Infinite numbers for the same hand movement, because CS2 turns less per mouse count. The Halo Infinite value is community-measured, because the developer has not published one.
Zoom sensitivity is set separately per zoom level.
Why does my converted sensitivity feel different?
- Field of view: a wider FOV makes the screen appear to move slower even at the same cm/360.
- Scoped and ADS aim: this matches hipfire only. Check CS2’s own zoom settings.
- Mouse acceleration: if Windows acceleration or a mouse app adds it, the same movement turns a different amount depending on speed. Turn it off.
Frequently asked questions
What is Halo Infinite 2 in CS2?
Halo Infinite 2 is CS2 2.02 at the same DPI. Both are 25.7 cm per 360° at 800 DPI.
What is the CS2 to Halo Infinite multiplier?
Multiply CS2 sensitivity by 0.99 to get Halo Infinite. Use the CS2 to Halo Infinite converter for the full chart.
Does DPI change the Halo Infinite to CS2 multiplier?
No. The ×1.0101 multiplier holds at any DPI as long as you use the same DPI in both games. If you change DPI, divide by the ratio of new DPI to old DPI, or enter both values in the converter.
Where do I change sensitivity in Counter-Strike 2?
Go to Settings → Keyboard / Mouse → Mouse Sensitivity (or type sensitivity in the console). CS2 uses the same 0.022 yaw as CS:GO, so a CS:GO sensitivity carries over to CS2 unchanged.
