Fortnite and Deadlock values cross-checked against independent sources on 20 October 2026. Deadlock is community-measured.
How do I convert Fortnite sensitivity to Deadlock?
To convert Fortnite sensitivity to Deadlock, multiply it by 0.1263. Fortnite turns 0.005555° per mouse count and Deadlock turns 0.044°, so Fortnite 6.5% becomes Deadlock 0.821. Keep the same DPI and both settings take 31.7 cm of mouse movement for a full turn.

Why Fortnite and Deadlock numbers differ
Fortnite runs on Unreal Engine 5 and Deadlock on Source 2. Deadlock numbers are 7.92× smaller than Fortnite numbers for the same hand movement, because Deadlock turns more per mouse count. The Deadlock value is community-measured, because the developer has not published one.
Fortnite shows sensitivity as a percentage. Targeting and scope sensitivity are separate percentages on top of it.
Why does my converted sensitivity feel different?
- Field of view: a wider FOV makes the screen appear to move slower even at the same cm/360.
- Scoped and ADS aim: this matches hipfire only. Check Deadlock’s own zoom settings.
- Camera: Deadlock is third-person, so tracking a target close to your hero can feel different from a first-person game.
- Mouse acceleration: if Windows acceleration or a mouse app adds it, the same movement turns a different amount depending on speed. Turn it off.
