How do I convert CS2 sensitivity to Aim Lab?
To convert CS2 sensitivity to Aim Lab, multiply it by 0.44. CS2 turns 0.022° per mouse count and Aim Lab turns 0.05°, so CS2 1.2 becomes Aim Lab 0.528. Keep the same DPI and both settings take 43.3 cm of mouse movement for a full turn.

Why CS2 and Aim Lab numbers differ
Counter-Strike 2 runs on Source 2 and Aim Lab on Unity (aim trainer). Aim Lab numbers are 2.27× smaller than CS2 numbers for the same hand movement, because Aim Lab turns more per mouse count.
CS2 uses the same 0.022 yaw as CS:GO, so a CS:GO sensitivity carries over to CS2 unchanged.
Why does my converted sensitivity feel different?
- Field of view: a wider FOV makes the screen appear to move slower even at the same cm/360.
- Scoped and ADS aim: this matches hipfire only. Check Aim Lab’s own zoom settings.
- Mouse acceleration: if Windows acceleration or a mouse app adds it, the same movement turns a different amount depending on speed. Turn it off.
